Believe in yourself
So today I have come to realize a few things about myself and junk..
For people to who really dont watch their nutrition and work out, and have a hard time getting through your workout. FOLLOW GOOD NUTRITION! proteins, carbs and fats. Food is energy and you need energy to get through workouts right?!
I sometimes get intimidated to try things at the gym; today there were only 35lb plates and since I’m still getting use to form with my deadlifts and thinking 10lb plates were heavy I thought, no I should probably not try. Fear was holding me back but I pulled through, threw on the 35lb plates and actually pushed through 4 sets of 10. I’m proud of myself. So don’t let intimidation and fear limit you to what you can actually do (with proper form).
Also, I have a hard time keeping myself happy. The more I do things that make myself proud and surprised the happier I feel. I feel like I have a reason to be proud. So the best thing for me to do is to set goals and to meet them!
